Kyle demonstrated great skill as both a facilitator and teacher in leading our team from ‘theory’ to ‘practice’. He adeptly dealt with real-time challenges in ways that confirmed we were in good hands and that allowed us to maximize results, even in our limited time together.

– Paul S. Mulligan, President & CEO, Catholic Charities Community Services (Phoenix, AZ)

Our team is already stronger thanks to Kyle's insights and guidance, and we look forward to the additional fruits that will multiply as a result of his vital work with us. Kyle brings a refreshing approach to his training that challenges, provokes, affirms, and inspires. We recommend his training to any team that aspires to accomplish great things for God's glory.

– Jennifer Baugh, Founder & National Executive Director of Young Catholic Professionals, Dallas, TX.

Kyle's two-day retreat didn't just help me or our seven-person leadership team, but helped the 850 people at our parish for years to come.  We came out of the retreat with greater trust, clear expectations about who our team is and where we were going, and he gave us the tools to manage future conflict.  We were able to discern prayerfully and in dialogue the mission Jesus was giving our parish, and we were able to identify what was our most important goal for this upcoming year (improving our celebration of Sunday Mass), which has in turn ignited us and galvanized other people to participate.  People are excited and energetic about growing now.  It has given our parish a single-minded purpose and clarity.  His contribution to our parish was invaluable and irreplaceable.  I cannot recommend it enough.  I intend to invite him to other groups I'm involved in.

– Fr. Justin Huang, Pastor, St. Anthony Parish, Vancouver

Working with Kyle has re-energized me in my role as a school principal. I'm more hopeful than ever before that our staff will have a new sense of joy and courage as we serve our school and parish community and reach our goals together.

– Kevin Smith, Principal, Holy Trinity Elementary School, North Vancouver, BC

Evangelium Consulting provided much needed leadership training for our senior seminarians.  In an approachable and accessible manner Kyle taught our seminarians many of the skills they will need as leaders in parish communities including: organizational clarity, healthy team dynamics, communicating a vision and running effective meetings. Returning to seminary these senior men initiated and oversaw the implementation of a project that has been hugely beneficial to the life of the seminary.  The ability to lead a community and effectively manage a team are essential elements of the New Evangelization and it is my hope that every seminarian would benefit from this experience!

– Fr. Bryan Duggan, Vocations Director, Archdiocese of Vancouver

I wish this training had been available to all the groups I have been involved with over the past 20 years. Kyle does a remarkable service in bringing a group of individuals and equipping them to be a team with clear goals and objectives according to the gifts and personalities of the team members. This training is a must for any group involved in team ministry for advancing the Kingdom of God. I recommend it to priests and ministry teams in my travels.

– Vernon Robertson, lay evangelist, EWTN series creator, Alpha pioneer and national board member, recipient of papal medal

Kyle was very effective and efficient in helping our team move away from chaos—indeed it was messy and the stakes were high—to clarity and onto the road to organizational health.  We found him to be easy to work with and pastorally sensitive to our peculiar needs.  He’s a clear and intelligent communicator with an evident love for the Church and for those She is mandated to reach.  Kyle won our trust and appreciation and I highly recommend his services.

– Fr. Jerry Brown, Pastor, Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish, Brentwood, CA; Director of Continuing Clergy Formation, Diocese of Oakland

The ECG training was a huge help to my team. I work with talented, mission-driven colleagues, and we have often been frustrated by a desire to do too much all at once. With his straightforward manner and humor, Kyle was able to focus our energies like no previous professional development opportunity. Kyle and the Evangelium program delivered, giving us greater clarity and team unity. Since the training I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my team’s dynamic, with greater engagement, candor, and energy—and focus.

– Pavel Reid, Director, Life, Marriage and Family Office, Archdiocese of Vancouver

Kyle Neilson’s presentation at our Catholic Community Network event delivered exactly what we hoped it would. Our speaker series features a who’s who of successful Dallas Catholic business and non-profit leaders and Kyle seamlessly provided the serious content our audience is used to hearing. He spoke directly to the critical need of many non-profits – organizational health – and did so in a clear, convincing, winsome way. People stayed twice the usual length of time to hear more from Kyle. All Catholic organizations need to focus more on organizational health and Kyle is the person best equipped to help you do so.

– Mike Murray, J.D., Senior Development Officer, The Catholic Foundation

We all benefited immensely from the two-day workshop Kyle conducted with us. He was able to help us make explicit strengths and weaknesses that had been implicit in our day-to-day operations, and we are confident that what we learned will contribute significantly to our on-going efforts to strengthen our college. We would highly recommend Evangelium Consulting to other church groups and organizations.
