The proven methodologies developed by Patrick Lencioni and "Catholicized" by the Evangelium Consulting Group are now made available to Catholic Church leaders through our consultation services and leadership-training programs.
Our name Evangelium means good news; so, we like to say that we put the good news back into teamwork and meetings because we address the behavioral and operational roots of politics and confusion, and provide specific tools to help teams make better, faster decisions and achieve greater buy-in around them.
Our Services
We offer two levels of our apostolic impact training, both culminating in an intensive two-day in-person training:
(1) The 90-day Engagement
Our signature 90-day engagement, combined with our two-day intensive offsite, a one-day follow-up, and ongoing, regular phone coaching, will improve the health of your leadership team, the organization you serve, and maximize your apostolic impact. Our purpose is to address the behavioral and operational roots of politics and confusion, and provide specific tools to help your team make better, faster decisions and achieve greater buy-in around them. Our trainings are unique because they are practical, relevant, and fast: you will see initial results in as little as two days!
The Training
The initial two-day offsite for Catholic leaders combines short lectures, working sessions, in-depth discussions, and concrete resolutions focused on the Four Disciplines required for organizational, spiritual, and apostolic health.

(2) The Longer Look -- beyond the 90-day engagement
Some teams are able to solidify their cohesiveness and clarity in that first 90-days and move forward with steady progress. We happily lay out a road map to help them address the typical issues that are required. Meanwhile, many teams are so preoccupied with the whirlwind of operations, they find they can be much more effective in embedding organizational health with additional coaching and consulting.
We can provide an overview of what generally needs to be done over the first year of implementation, progressing from the Leadership Team to the next level of leaders and ultimately to the entire organization.
