We offer two levels of our apostolic impact training, both culminating in an intensive two-day in-person training:
(1) The 90-day Engagement

Our trainings are unique because they are practical, relevant, and fast: you will see initial results in as little as two days!
The initial two-day offsite for Catholic leaders combines short lectures, working sessions, in-depth discussions, and concrete resolutions focused on the Four Disciplines required for organizational, spiritual, and apostolic health.
Facilitated by an Evangelium consultant, your leadership team will:
Lead: Learn to build and maintain a cohesive leadership team.
Increase Clarity: Address seven critical questions that create clarity and unity around your organization’s purpose, values, and top priority.
Communicate Clearly: Develop effective communication practices to reinforce your purpose, values, and top priority throughout your organization.
Stay on Track: Learn a simple method for great meetings that keep your team healthy and focused.
Bear Fruit: Determine a clear plan to accomplish your priorities and maximize your apostolic impact!
(2) The Longer Look -- beyond the 90-day engagement
Some teams are able to solidify their cohesiveness and clarity in that first 90-days and move forward with steady progress. We happily lay out a road map to help them address the typical issues that are required. Meanwhile, many teams are so preoccupied with the whirlwind of operations, they find they can be much more effective in embedding organizational health with additional coaching and consulting.
We can provide an overview of what generally needs to be done over the first year of implementation, progressing from the Leadership Team to the next level of leaders and ultimately to the entire organization.
